The standard conference fee covers all conference activities (scientific conference, exhibition, Technology Transfer & Business event) welcome drink, conference dinner, refreshments drinks, coffee breaks and lunches, abstract book, conference proceedings and the technology co-operation catalogue.

The registration fee for students covers the participation in all the technical sessions, the coffee breaks, lunches and abstract book but not the conference proceedings and technology co-operation catalogue.

Any Technology Provider can participate in the Exhibition with a stand. The cost for participation to the Exhibition is 980/1070/1150€ (480/570/650 € the standard conference fee, plus 500 € for the Exhibition (5 sq.m. space with poster board, desk and power supply provided)

Payment Condition

Payments should be made in Euro (€) without charges for the beneficiary by either of the following methods:

No registration will be confirmed until the corresponding payment has been received.

 

Cancellation and Refund

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the conference secretariat. 75% of the total payment will be reimbursed for cancellations received before 15 February, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date.
