The conference will take place on April 2-4 in Stuttgart, Germany at the SI-Event-Centre which is a unique combination of conference facilities, international hotels, and first-class entertainment. The SI-Event-Centre is in twenty-five minutes by public transportation from the downtown area and the city central railway station. The complimentary shuttle bus service of the SI-Centre allows for transfer of guests to and from the Stuttgart International Airport within only ten minutes.

Stuttgart is the capital of the state Baden-Württemberg and the heart of the hi-tech German industrial area. Located at the Neckar river in a green hilly landscape close to the Black Forest, Stuttgart is world famous for its automobile companies and electronic industry, modern science and research in technically oriented Stuttgart university - and last not least, for its vineyards, parks, theatres and museums. The city is located virtually in the centre of Europe and is easily accessible by modern high speed trains (ICE) and an autobahn network. All major cities in Europe and overseas are linked with Stuttgart by airlines and its modern airport is conveniently reached by public transportation having an S-Bahn station in the terminal.

For conference participants special rates have been negotiated for the Millennium Hotel and Resort at the SI- Event-Centre (99EUR for standard single/double rooms (3*) and 109EUR classic single/double rooms (4*)) (www.si-centrum.de). In order to make a hotel reservation for ETNDT, please follow one of the following procedures:

1. Fill out the hotel reservation form and send it to the secretariat. Then we will make all the necessary arrangements for your accommodation. This form can be found at the end of the conference Registration form. 
2. Make reservation at the Millenium Hotel website http://www.si-centrum.de/en/uebernachtung/. In this case you can fill out the Contact Form (which exists only in German language). To get special rates, please don't forget to indicate participation in ETNDT
conference (!). You will be informed on confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
3. For telephone reservation please call (049) 0711/721 10 50 and refer (!) to the conference ET NDT.
4. For Fax reservation: (049) 721 22 02 with reference to ET NDT again (!).

With public transportation:

From Stuttgart central station: Take the subway U5 or U6 direction Stuttgart-Degerloch/Möhringen. Change trains in Möhringen Bahnhof and take the train U3 direction Plieningen. Get off at Salzäcker/SI-Erlebnis-Centrum.

By S-train from Stuttgart central station S1, S2 or S3 to Vaihingen Bahnhof. There change trains to U3.

From Stuttgart/Airport S2 or S3 also to Vaihingen Bahnhof.
